a. Fill and submit the Aani Enrollment Form to the SNB UAE branch or via your registered email ID to uaeservice@alahli.com

b. SNB UAE will complete the enrollment in 3 working days

c. Download the Aani App from the AppStore or PlayStore

d. Follow the authentication instructions to set-up your account. (Note - You will need to use your SNB UAE Online Login credentials to complete Aani enrollment via the Aani app. If you have not created the SNB UAE Online credentials, then please do so via https://snbuae.alahli.com before registering in the Aani App).  

You can send money instantly to anybody who is enrolled for Aani instant payments with their bank in the UAE by just entering their UAE mobile number and the amount to be paid via the Aani App.

Any contact saved in these formats can be chosen (+971 or 05). You may also key in mobile number starting from 5. 

No, only active UAE mobile numbers can be used for Aani 

Aani transactions will be processed 24*7 unless there is any downtime by the participating bank or UAEIPP. 

SNB UAE customers will not be charged for using Aani instant payments. 

Default account is the account where your incoming Aani instant payments will be credited.
