About the Program

This program is designed to develop highly skilled and well-equipped relationship manager. Through an immersive training experience, trainees acquire the essential knowledge, practical skills, and real-world experience necessary for success in this dynamic field.

The program seamlessly integrates classroom learning with on-the-job training, enabling trainees to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios under the mentorship of experienced relationship managers.

Program Duration:

Over a two-month period, trainees gained the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in this dynamic role. 

Trainees will undergo an intensive 1-month blended learning , followed by 1 month of on-the-job training allowing the trainees to understand in the real-world scenarios under the guidance of experienced relationship managers.

Selection Criteria:

  • Saudi National
  • Fresh graduates  or  experience up to 2 years in small / medium enterprise banking segment.
  • Holding a bachelor's or master's degree in a finance, accounting, economics, management, business administration or engineering from a local or international university accredited by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Fully proficient in Arabic and English
  • Successfully pass the interviews, tests, and assessments administered by the SNB
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
