Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling the bank's strategic products while adhering to the concepts of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional and positive level in dealing with customers.
- Implementation of banking operations in accordance with the required standards and quality.
- Identify and know the needs of customers and solve their problems in line with their expectations.
- Guiding and directing customers to alternative electronic channels.
- Maintain and adhere to the confidentiality of customer information and records.
- Commitment to the application of the bank's policies, procedures and regulations and the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank.
- Execution of all cash operations of customers (deposits, withdrawals, transfers ... etc) in accordance with the internal and official controls that regulate work procedures.
