SNB Delivers 184 Housing Units as Part of the SNB Developmental Housing Program
• The delivery of units included families in the greatest need for housing as part of the 3rd batch of the 2nd phase.
• The launch of the 3rd phase of housing units will begin in 2025 and continue until 2027.

In a ceremony held under the patronage of H.E the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, and coinciding with Arab Housing Day, Saudi National Bank (SNB) celebrated the delivery of the third and final batch of housing units to 184 families in urgent need of housing. This event marks a significant milestone in the largest developmental housing initiative witnessed by the private sector, making SNB the first bank to adopt this charitable project, which has delivered a total of 914 completed housing units across the Kingdom during the first and second phases.

The event showcased the bank's efforts in empowering non-profit organizations in the housing sector in collaboration with the King Khalid Foundation. It was attended by distinguished guests, including H.E the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail; H.R.H Princess Nouf bint Mohammed Al-Saud, CEO of the King Khalid Foundation; Mr. Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of SNB; and Mr. Tareq AlSadhan, CEO of SNB.
H.E the Minister praised the exceptional partnership between the public and private sectors, which has enabled families to own suitable housing. This partnership extends toward achieving integration and collaboration among various entities, enhancing the quality of life and providing the best services to beneficiaries in alignment with the directives of our wise leadership. He expressed his gratitude to Mr. Saeed Al-Ghamdi and all bank staff for their dedicated efforts.
Mr. Saeed Al-Ghamdi, SNB’s Chairman, expressed pride in the achievements made in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing through the bank's developmental housing program. He emphasized the bank's commitment to continuing this qualitative partnership to establish a sustainable development model that provides a decent life for citizens, supporting government efforts in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.

The event also highlighted the efforts made in the capacity-building program, which has contributed to enhancing the efficiency of non-profit organizations in the housing sector in strategic partnership with the King Khalid Foundation. This initiative aims to empower these organizations to work institutionally and professionally to support and develop the various components of the housing sector, thereby exemplifying the integration between the public, private, and non-profit sectors to achieve the Kingdom's objectives.
It is noteworthy that the third phase of the bank's developmental housing program will be launched from 2025 to 2027 over three years, which will include the distribution of more than 500 ready-to-move-in housing units for beneficiary families in various regions and cities across the Kingdom.
