SNB Celebrates the Graduation of the 5th and 6th Cohorts of the "Rowad Al-Ahli" Program
Saudi National Bank (SNB) recently celebrated the graduation of the fifth and sixth cohorts of the "Rowad Al-Ahli" program, which aims to attract and qualify distinguished national talents to prepare them for leadership roles in the future of the banking sector.
This initiative aligns with one of the bank's strategic priorities to be "the employer of choice."
The ceremony was attended by the bank's CEO, Mr. Tareq AlSadhan, who presented certificates to the graduates, wishing them success and looking forward to their contributions and innovations in achieving the bank's strategic goals.
AlSadhan highlighted that the Riwad Al-Ahli program is one of the most prominent qualification programs in the Saudi financial sector, targeting the development of future leaders to accompany the bank on its transformation journey and create a qualitative leap in the Saudi banking sector, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

He added, "Building and nurturing young leadership talent is a strategic direction at SNB," explaining that the program contributes to preparing a second generation of Saudi leaders to ensure the continuity of the bank's operations and the achievement of its objectives.
In addition, Mr. Hassan Hamad, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at SNB, clarified that Rowad Al-Ahli program offers developmental opportunities across various disciplines,
designed with high efficiency for graduates through advanced programs and a rich practical and scientific training journey in collaboration with strategic partners such as Harvard and Kaplan.
This aims to create a fertile and motivating work environment that encourages achievement and innovation, making it the first choice for distinguished graduates to start their professional careers and progress into leadership positions.
