OVERVIEW

Owning a home is becoming now easier with Aqar AlAhli App, the first app in Saudi Arabia to be designed for residential finance. It allows the Bank’s retail customers who are beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund to apply for residential finance in easy and simplified steps from anywhere without the need to visit a branch.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• To be a customer of the Bank and eligible as a beneficiary of the Real Estate Development Fund;
• Salary transfer to Saudi National Bank;
• Pre-registration in AlAhliOnline or AlAhliMobile.
  

STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE

• Download Aqar AlAhli from (App Store - Google Play) by searching for "Aqar AlAhli";
• Click "New User Registration" and follow the steps;
• You can use the same Username and Password of AlAhliMobile and AlAhliOnline.E-service Usage Terms and Conditions (AlAhliMobile, AlAhliOnline and Aqar AlAhli..)

FEATURES AND SERVICES OFFERED VIA AQAR ALAHLI:

• Self-service from end to end without the need to visit a branch
• All Bank clients who are beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund can apply for the residential finance digitally without need to visit the branch.
• The App can determine the maximum limit of financing available to the clients according to internal policies and procedures
• Activation of digital authentication of documents (electronic signature)
• Reducing the overall time period for residential financing process, taking into account waiting time of 5 business days to communication with the credit consultant in case of any questions or queries
• A professional support team is available to help clients complete their request digitally without having to go to the branch.
