  • Select “credit cards.”
  • Select “activate credit card” and then enter your credit card number and expiry date.
  • Click on the “online activation" and then confirm to complete the process

2)  AlAhliOnline:

  • Login to AlAhliOnline.
  • Select ”credit cards.”
  • Select “activate credit card” and then enter your credit card number and expiry date.
  • Click on “online activation" and then confirm to complete the process.

3) AlAhli Phone

 

 

  • Dial AlAhli Phone Banking 920001000
  • To Choose Menu Language 1 For Arabic or 2 For English
  • Enter the 8 Digit Customer Number
  • Enter the 4 Digit Secret Code
  • Press 2 for Credit Card Services
  • Press 3 For Credit Card Activation
  • Enter the last 8 Digit of your Credit Card​​

PIN DISPLAY

Your AlAhli Credit Card have the smart chip and PIN feature, which gives your card more protection against forgery and fraud. To use your card, you need to have your PIN for all transactions done using your new Alahli Credit Card and cash withdrawal from ATMs​

How to get your PIN ?

There are three ways for you to get your PIN:

1) AlAhliMobile

 

Download AlAhliMobile Now !​

  • Open the AlAhli mobile app and enter your username and password your login and authentication.
  • Choose the “credit cards” menu, then select the “view PIN of selected card” from the cards section: “Additional information.”
  • Select the card number for which you wish to display the PIN.
  • Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN.
  • Your PIN will be displayed three times. ( to view the pin again please repeat from step 2 )

  • Visit the AlAhlionline
    and enter your username and password your login and authentication.
  • Choose the “credit cards” menu, then select “view PIN of selected card” from the cards section: “Additional information.”
  • Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN.

3) AlAhli Phone

  • To Choose Menu Language 1 For Arabic or 2 For English

  • Enter the 4 Digit Secret Code
  • Press 2 for Credit Card Services
  • Press 5 for Credit Card Maintenance
  • Press 1 To Listen To Credit Card Pin
  • Enter the last 8 Digit of your Credit Card​

If you are not reg​istered in the service

 

 

 

 

  • Dial alahli phone banking 920001000
  • To choose menu language 1 for arabic or 2 for english
  • Press 9 directly for assistance
  • Press 2 to register in phone banking service or you forgot your pin
  • All required information can be entered within the system
  • In case if your mobile number is not registered in your personal record "visit the branch to subscribe in the service​

 

 

​​PIN CHANGE​

To change your pin through the ATM, please follow the below simple 

Insert your credit card and exist PIN number

  • Choose “change PIN.”
  • Enter your new PIN then click “OK.”
  • Enter your new PIN again then click “OK.” To confirm.

Use this PIN for your POS purchases with the new credit card

To avoid forgery and fraud, it is now mandatory to enter your PIN when making a purchase at any store, hotel, airline and many more. The process will be as follows:

  • Insert your credit card in the POS machine and enter the desired amount.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • ​Complete the transaction process and sign the receipt.

Annual Percentage Rate (based on card tier)

 

  • 38.75% for customers with monthly payroll income 2,500 SAR up to 3,999
  • 32.39% for customers with monthly payroll income 4,000 SAR and above​

** Annual Fees for Visa Basic & MasterCard Titanium are SAR 400 , and all Platinum cards are SAR 600​

​You are encouraged to immediately report your lost/stolen card through our channels. Your card will be canceled immediately and you will be issued a new card.

  • Select stop/block credit card.
  • Select the card you wish to stop/block.
  • Indicate the reason
  • Confirm action.​​

  • To Choose Menu Language 1 For Arabic or 2 For English
  • Enter the 8 Digit Customer Number
  • Enter the 4 Digit Secret Code
  • Press 2 for Credit Card Services
  • Press 4 to stop credit card
  • Press 1 if you wish to stop all credit cards , and press 2 to stop a specific credit card
  • Enter the last 8 Digit of your credit card you wish to stop after receiving an SMS with your credit card information​
