Introduction

The new SNB Mobile application's enhanced features and services provide more flexibility to users by meeting their banking needs, without the need to visit the branch. The new version will improve the customers' experience through the application's ease of use and simplified steps. 

The upgraded version of SNB Mobile supports quick and secure access to the application, the ability to inform the user about account activity with an advanced control panel, digital payment options, instant access to financing and credit cards and their exclusive offers, in addition to giving users the ability to obtain instant approvals for their banking and financing requests.



REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Choose your preferred method of verification from the following options:

    • Card number and PIN of MADA Debit Card from SNB
    • SNB Phone Banking personal number and PIN
    • SNB Credit Card and its PIN code

​STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE

  • Visit SNB Online or download SNB Mobile from (App Store - Google Play - AppGallery) search using the word "SNB Mobile";
  • Click "Register / New Client".
  • Choose your method of verification and insert the required information.
  • After successfully verifying yourself, enter the username, password
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • Insert the OTP to confirm your registration.

You can use the same Username and Password to access both SNB Mobile and SNB Online, please note that an activation code will be sent to the registered mobile.

    Service registration:

    1. Click "Emergency Cash".
    2. Click “Accept the Terms & Register", An activation code will be sent to the registered mobile number.
    3. Enter Activation Code

      Service request:

    1. Click "Emergency Cash"
    2. Select the account
    3. Enter Amount, then enter a temporary PIN for the transaction
    4. Click "Proceed"
    5. Enter the Activation Code sent to the registered mobile number
    6. A Reference Number for the transaction will be sent to be used at SNB ATM


    Note: In addition to the transaction's "Reference number", 2 hours' countdown transaction validity will start. If the request is expired, a new request must be submitted.

     Cash collection:


    Visit your nearest SNB ATM, then:

    1. Touch the ATM screen
    2. Click "Emergency Cash"
    3. Enter the temporary PIN for the transaction selected earlier
    4. Enter the Reference Number sent to the registered mobile number
    5. Enter the ID number, collect the cash

     Terms of Service:

    • Active account in Saudi Riyals
    • Registered mobile number or SNB Token
    • Service registration
    • Cash Advance terms and conditions via SNB ATM

    *Note: as per Emergency Cash Terms and Conditions, customers can perform one emergency withdrawal per day starting from a minimum of SAR 100 to SR 1,000, with a maximum of three emergency withdrawals per month.

    8. Select the Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

    *Non-Saudi customers can only apply one standing order per year, with monthly frequency and SR 5000 limit.

    Is there an alternative way to activate beneficiaries?

    You can activate beneficiaries by calling 920001000 for each beneficiary added.

     

    How does “Call Back" work?

    After adding a beneficiary for Transfers via SNB Mobile or SNB Online:

    • SNB will call your registered mobile automatically to complete the activation
    • After listening to the beneficiary details and approving the activation by pressing “1", enter the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number in SNB
    • To activate all beneficiaries, press “2", and enter the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number in SNB

    Upon successful activation, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number that includes the activation details.

    Then, you will be able to transfer to the beneficiary easily and without any extra effort​.
