NCB opens Al Umra Road Branch in Mecca

In line with its ongoing improvement efforts, and the great importance that it gives in always putting the customer at the heart of its evolving business, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) announced the opening of Al Umra Branch – Mecca (previously Jarwal branch) at its new location in Al Umra road, which will provide banking services to the visitors of Haram Mosque.

Saad A. Al-Abdali, Executive Vice President, Head of Branch Banking Division, was quoted as saying opening the new Al Umra Road Branch in Mecca comes in conformity with the NCB continuous endeavours to carry out expansion plans of branch network to facilitate provision of its services. In addition, NCB gives great importance to its presence in all cities and governorates through the Kingdom, and also to make its services in cope with state-of-art banking technologies. Opening new branches also gives the bank a chance to meet the increasing demand on its services.

Mecca has now 16 branches, including 5 branches for ladies. All these branches provide banking, financing and investment services in compliant with the Islamic Shariah as approved by the Shariah Board.

The new location of the branch meets with our customers’ ever growing demands for enhanced facilities, greater convenience, efficient and professional services that they have come to expect from NCB.

The main sections of the new branch includes customer service section, which is equipped with all electronic integrated services, where the customer can use the machines to deposit, withdraw, or pay bills. Also, there is a special section to service Wessam customers providing them with all investment services and products. Another section is prepared for personal banking, equipped with latest technologies, which gives the branch a great deal of flexibility to meet different spectrums of the customers’ requirements.

On the part of design, NCB has adopted new modern and creativedesigns coping with the advance banking technology to enhance the bank’s trend to develop strong relations with different spectrums of customers through a modern banking environment.
