New services on AlAhliOnline include: easy registration by reducing the number of required steps; password demo cancellation for transactions less than 50 thousand riyals or for non-financial operations, facilitating international transfers by displaying the beneficiary status, displaying the relation manager information for Private Banking and Wessam customers, credit card activation, credit card cancellation, chart diagram for current accounts and credit cards.
NCB also enhanced AlAhliMobile application, which comes on top rating of Apple, Google and BlackBerry stores, by introducing new options including international beneficiary registration, activation, cancelation or amendment, in addition to displaying the customer’s accountsthrough the toll free number.
Of course these services come in conformity with NCB strategy that aims at enhancing communication with customers by meeting their requirements and aspirations. It also reflects the Bank’s vision to be “the best digital bank in the region” by providing its customers with inventive and comprehensive electronic banking services.
NCB transactions through alternative channels constitute 94% of the Bank’s operations, which showcases the gradual technical approach adopted by the Bank to widen its base of customers who use electronic services.
