NCB signs with TCS to implement a new core banking platform

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop its electronic services and to ensure the quality of services provided to its customers across all channels and to provide technology-based banking solutions, the NCB has selected Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Company to implement a new core banking software platform for the Bank. The term of the agreement between the two parties will valid for a period of two years.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Saeed al-Ghamdi, the CEO of NCB, and Mr. N. The selection of TCS by the NCB was based on TCS’ expertise in the field of core banking software and delivery of IT services.

This agreement comes as part of NCB’s endeavor to provide the highest levels of service to its customers through the provision of advanced and technically sophisticated service channels with the highest standards of security providing them with more reassurance. This step would also promote the technological development of financial and banking transactions for the users of alternative electronic banking channels as part of the Bank's focus on innovation and keeping abreast of developments in the field of information technology to provide the customers with the opportunity to get comprehensive services from NCB.
