The Saudi National Bank announces Mr. Saeed Al Ghamdi as
Chairman of the Board
Based on the board of director decision, dated March 26th 2023, concerning changes at the level of the Board of Directors, and the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, after obtaining the Saudi Central Bank's Non-Objection, wherein the Board resolved the following:
- Appointed Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi as Chairman of the Board of the Saudi National Bank, effective as of 27/3/2023, until the end of the current Board Cycle.
- Appointed Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi National Bank, effective as of 27/3/2023.
Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji is a graduate of Georgetown University, USA where he received his Master's degree in International Business and his Bachelor's degree in International Economics.
Mr. Talal Ahmed Al Khereiji also has more than 27 years of professional experience, the majority of which he obtained working in Banks and Financial Institutions, wherein he held a variety of positions, the most recent of which as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Saudi National Bank.
