2021 was a remarkable year for our bank; the merger of the National Commercial Bank and Samba Financial Group marked a watershed moment in Saudi banking history, and we succeeded in completing the largest and fastest bank merger in the region to form Saudi Arabia’s banking champion, the Saudi National Bank.
