Visit any of our ATMs or branches, located across the Kingdom

How to Receive Money

When you register as a QuickPay sender, you can choose how your beneficiary
will receive the transferred money.

Direct deposit transfers money directly to your beneficiary's bank account

SMART Money account (for Filipino customers) is the Kingdom’s quickest money transfer facility, with 2-5 second delivery time – and you can nominate as many beneficiaries as you want for free at: Smart

Cash pick-up allows your beneficiary to pick up the cash from any QuickPay bank or partner

Courier provides door-to-door delivery

Can an NCB account holder open an e-wallet account?

No – it is not necessary. You can transfer via QuickPay using your NCB ATM Card.
Can an e-Wallet customer use online banking?

No. Only NCB customers can use our online banking service.
Can an NCB customer be served at the QuickPay centre?

Yes – to add, update or delete beneficiaries.
Can an NCB customer use the QuickPay service without registering first?

No. An NCB account holder must register as a sender to the Quick Pay Remittance Service online or by calling the IVR 920 000 330.
Can an NCB customer transfer using the normal NCB ATM Card?

Yes, an NCB customer can use any NCB ATM or CDM machine to transfer through QuickPay using an NCB ATM card.
Can I use QuickPay on any ATM machine with any ATM Card?

No. QuickPay is limited to only NCB ATMs. You can use either an NCB ATM Card (if you are an NCB customers) or a QuickPay ATM Card (if you are an e-Wallet customer).
Where can NCB customers find the QuickPay item in NCB ATM/CDM?

The QuickPay function is available in the Transfers menu item displayed on the screen.
What are the important numbers to remember and to keep safe?

QuickPay Phone Service number 920 000 330 – You will need it to transfer money or talk to customer service.

8-digit customer number – You will need it to make transactions via the QuickPay Phone Service, and you will need to provide it at a QuickPay centre if you want to update, add or delete a beneficiary.

QuickPay Phone Service PIN number - Your secret PIN number that lets you access the QuickPay Phone Service.

ATM PIN number - Your secret PIN number that lets you access the ATM.

e-Wallet Account number – The account number you will need to transfer money from one account (NCB or e-Wallet) to another e-Wallet Account, or receive a money transfer from another country.

Transaction reference number – A number that refers to a transaction you have made.
Will I get a reference number even if my transaction fails?

Yes. You will get this number whether the transaction has been successful or failed.
What happens if I lose the reference number?

If you lose your reference number, you can:

Call 920 000 330 and ask for your last 7 transactions
Request for a fax of last 20 transactions
Visit online banking and enquire about your transactions
What if my transaction failed due to incorrect beneficiary information?

You will receive an SMS requesting that you call our call centre (920 000 330) to give us the correct the information. Your transaction will then be completed, provided the destination bank accepts the updated information.
Will my beneficiary be charged with fees for receiving the money?

No. The fees you pay to QuickPay cover the transfer. Your beneficiary will get the exact amount you have sent.
How quickly will my beneficiary receive the money?

That depends on the delivery mode you choose. It can be as fast as 2 seconds when you use the SMART Money Card transaction.
How will I know if the money has been delivered to my beneficiary?

You will get an SMS to your registered mobile informing you of the status of your transaction. You can also track your transaction through the QuickPay Phone Service or online.
What is the exchange rate?

It varies from location to location, and it changes every day. To find out the daily exchange rate, just call the QuickPay Phone Service, check an ATM or look online.
Can I contact QuickPay if I have suggestions and concerns?

The QuickPay Remittance Customer Service is available 24/7. You can call the Quick Pay Phone Service anytime and talk to a call centre agent if you need assistance.
What do I do if I lose my ATM card or it gets confiscated by the machine?

You can have it stopped by calling the QuickPay Phone Service on 920 000 330. You can also visit your the nearest NCB branch if you are an NCB customer or to the QuickPay Remittance Centre if you are an e-Wallet customer.
What do I do if I forget the 8-digit or the 4-digit numbers?

Visit your nearest NCB branch or QuickPay centre and get in touch with a Customer Service Representative.
Are my passwords and personal information safe?

NCB uses the latest technology available to ensure that all transactions, as well as your personal and password information, are safe. However, it is your responsibility to keep your passwords secret and not share them with anyone.
How much money do I need to have a QuickPay e-Wallet ATM Card?

You put your own balance in your account at your convenience.
A QuickPay e-Wallet ATM Card requires no initial cash balance and does not deduct any fees from your account.
Can I register beneficiaries in different countries?

Yes.
Why do I need to translate my Arabic name into English?

It is an OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) requirement for all nationalities to have an English translated name.
Why do I need to translate my English name into Arabic?

Banks in certain countries within the GCC, including Egypt and Yemen, require you to provide names of senders and beneficiaries in Arabic.
What if I do not know the translation of my Arabic or English?

The Customer Service Representatives at the QuickPay center will assist you in translating your name into Arabic and vice versa.
Why is it important to validate correctness of details I provide?

The information you provide the QuickPay call centre agents or Customer Service Representatives will be the basis for all your remittance transactions. If there are errors in the information that you provide, your transaction can be subject to delays or rejection by our third party partners.
I do not know how to speak or read Arabic, so how do I register?

NCB’s highly trained multilingual Customer Service Representatives and call centre agents can assist you with your transaction. We have agents who speak Arabic, English, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog, Bahasa, and Bangali.
What is a beneficiary quick reference number?

You need it to do a transaction quickly via the QuickPay Phone Service. We provide you with the number, which you then need to enter when the system asks you for your beneficiary’s details. If you have several beneficiaries, simply dial 920 000 330 and the system will provide you with your list.
Can one beneficiary name have several quick reference numbers?

Yes. A single beneficiary can be registered in all three delivery modes, which include direct deposit, cash pick-up and door-to-door. In all three cases, the single beneficiary will receive different quick reference numbers.

Existing NCB Customers

You can register for QuickPay in one of the following ways:

Phone

Call 920 000 330 using your Phone Banking registered number.
Select desired language.
Enter your 8-digit Customer Number
Enter your 4-digit secret Phone Banking PIN.
Press "0" to talk to a call centre agent.
Inform agent that you wish to activate the QuickPay service.
Request beneficiary enrolment.

Internet

Log in to online banking.
Click on the QuickPay link.
Click the Beneficiary and Transfer link.
Complete sender details form.
Complete beneficiary details form.
Enter transaction password then click OK.
Call 920 000 895 to activate your beneficiaries.

Non-NCB Customers

Visit your nearest NCB branch or QuickPay centre and register as a
sender or open an e-Wallet Account. You will need a valid Iqama or
residence permit to open an e-Wallet Account.
