How to Send Money?
   
Using the Phone Banking

  1. Call 920000330 on any land or mobile phone
    For International Calls, Call +966 1476 1360 you can use any type of phone and phone service provider
  2. Select your desired Language
  3. Enter your 8 digit Customer Number
  4. Enter your 4 digit Secret Code Number
  5. Press “3” to Send Money
  6. Enter the Quick Pay Recipient ID you wish to send the money to followed by “#”
  7. Press “1” To send money in the beneficiary’s currency
    • This would be the amount received by the beneficiary

  8. Press “2” To send money in the account currency
  9. Enter the amount followed by the “#”
  10. Listen to the details of your requested money transfer transaction
  11. Press “1” to proceed with transaction
  12. Wait for transaction reference number to be announced to you
Using Alahli Online

  1. Login to your Alahli Online account
  2. Click Quick Pay link
  3. Select your Account in the drop down list
  4. Select the Beneficiary in the drop down list
  5. Tag Send Amount if you want to compute from Saudi Riyals to the Destination Amount
    • Tag ADD TRANSACTION FEE TO THIS AMOUNT if you want the transaction amount to be NET of the Service Fee.

  6. Click OK
  7. OR, Tag DESTINATION AMOUNT if you want to compute from Destination Amount to Saudi Riyals
  8. Click OK
  9. Check Details of your requested transaction
  10. Enter TRANSACTION PASSWORD
  11. Click OK Tab to complete the transaction
  12. The system will inform you if the transaction is SUCCESFUL
Using any NCB ATM

  1. Insert ATM card
  2. Select your Language
  3. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  4. Press “Yes” button to select receipt printing
  5. Press “Transfer” button
  6. Press “Quick Pay” button
  7. Enter Transfer Amount, You select either

    1. Press “Amount Includes Fee” Button
    2. Or, Press “Amount Excludes Fee” Button
    3. Or, Press “Amount Beneficiary Currency” Button

  8. Select and Press desired Beneficiary Name Button
  9. Press “Accept” button
  10. View transaction reference number
  11. Press “No” to finish transaction
  12. Get and keep receipt

How Recipients or Beneficiaries Receive Money?
There are 4 delivery methods* in which your beneficiary can receive the money.

Available in Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka.

  • Deposit to Bank Account - money can be directly transferred to the beneficiary bank accounts
  • Delivered by Courier or Door to Door – cash or draft/check are delivered at the door steps of the beneficiary address
  • Quick Pay Cash Pick up - Cash is made available for pick up at any branch of the bank enrolled in the system for the beneficiary
Available in 196 Countries including the above mentioned or 284,000 pick-up stations around the world.

  • MoneyGram Cash Pick Up – Cash is made available within 10 minutes at any MoneyGram outlets
  • Visit www.moneygram.com to find the MoneyGram Agent near the address of your beneficiary
