• What are the maximum and minimum Auto Lease periods? 

   

  For new cars, the maximum period is 5 years (60 months), and the minimum is one year (12 months).
  
  For used cars, the maximum period is 3 years (36 months), and the minimum is one year (12 months).

• Does Auto Lease provide a service program? 

   

  NCB customers are responsible for handling the service fees of the leased vehicle; however, some vehicles include a free service from the agency for a limited period.
  
  You will receive an extended warranty booklet similar to the manufacturer’s, which offers an extended warranty up to 5 years or 200,000 km (terms and conditions apply).

• Is a guarantor required? 

   

  No

• How many people can obtain the driving authorisation? 

   

  Two people, in addition to the applicant. Required documents include a copy of the driver’s valid license and a completed authorisation form.

• Can I use the Auto Lease program to lease a used car? 

   

  Yes, but through authorised car dealers only.

• What should I do if I get into an accident? 

   

  You will need to obtain a police report and fill out all required accident documentation within 72 hours to be submitted to the insurance company.

• What should I do if the car breaks down? 

   

  You should visit the nearest car dealer service center.

• Will I get a temporary car? 

   

  No.

• Do I need to pay anything in the case of an accident? 

   

  Yes, as per the insurance policy.
