Home Finance Requirements

To apply for NCB Home Finance, you will need:

  • To be 25-60 years old
  • To be a Saudi national
  • A minimum monthly income of SR 5,000
  • To have been continuously employed for a minimum of 1 year
  • To be employed by a government or private sector organization pre-approved by NCB
  • 5-10% down payment for villas and apartments 
  • A 15% down payment on land properties
  • To transfer your salary to NCB

Property Requirements

  • Villas should not be older than 15 years and apartments not older than 7 years
  • The property should be vacant and ready for residence (Villas & Apartments)
  • Property should be located in one of the following cities: Jeddah,Mekkah,Al-Madina Al-Monwarah, Riyadh, Dammam, Dhahran or Al-Khobar
  • The property is subject to approval by NCB appraisers
