You will be rewarded with the normal rates.
Is there a minimum spend to get the rewards for each category or are they all combined?

You are required to spend 2,500 SR cumulative per month on the mentioned categories only to earn rewards.
What if my credit card is expiring sometime during the offer period?

Your new card will be issued by the bank and you can continue making your purchases.
