Claim Procedure
For Claims, Please follow the steps:
- Print and fill in the attached claim procedure form Click Here
- Attach the following documents after filling in the form:
In case of accidents and illness:
- Copy of your insurance certificate
- Original prescriptions and invoices
- Medical report and/or information clarifying the diagnosis and the treatment done
- Passport copies showing the exit and entry dates
- Police report (in case of accidents
In case of baggage delay/loss:
- Copy of your ticket showing the itinerary
- Copy of baggage tags
- PIR + A dated official confirmation letter from the airlines showing that the baggage is lost or delayed (duration of delay)
- Original invoices of the reasonable emergency expenses incurred due to delay/loss of baggage
- Copy of Cheque or any compensation paid by the airlines
In case of trip delay:
- Copy of your ticket showing the original itinerary
- Copy of boarding pass of actual travel
- A dated official confirmation letter from the airlines stating the reason for delay and duration of delay
- Original invoices of the reasonable emergency expenses incurred due to delay
- Copy of Cheque or any compensation paid by airlin
