You will benefit from: 

  • Credit Card Balance Coverage up to SAR 225,000 plus a cash payment to  your family equal to your credit card outstanding balance ( in the case of accidental death only)
  • Coverage of all Supplementary Credit Cards' Balance under the primary  Credit Card registered to the program
  • All for a monthly fee of only 0.39% of your credit card outstanding balance

Himayati Plus

For a monthly fee of only 0.49% of the outstanding balance, enjoy all the benefits of Himayati plus:

  • Credit Card Balance Coverage up to SAR 225,000in case of accidental death and permanent total or partial disabilities
  • Cash payment to the family equal to the credit card outstanding balance (in the case of accidental death only)
  • Coverage of all Supplementary Credit Cards' Balance under the primary  Credit Card registered to the program

Applying is Easy

If you are applying for a new credit card and you want to add Himayati to it at the same time, you'll find a special section on the card application for Himayati program. you can apply by simply checking the box for the Himayati program you want (Himayati or Himayati Plus)

If you want to add Himayati to your existing NCB credit card, please follow these guide:

  1. Call +966-92000-1000 and ask for the agent to apply to the program
  2. An agent will verify your following information:
  • Name
  • Credit Card Number
  • Year of birth
  • Expiry month of the credit card
  • Phone number
  • First 4 digit of your ID

    3.   If verified, your card will be registered to the program within 24 hours

Fees of the service will be deducted from your credit card account on   
         
monthly bases, which will be reflected in your monthly card statement

Criteria
The Himayati Programme is open to NCB Cardholders , who fulfill the following points:

  • A current NCB Primary Credit Cardholder (the programme is available with all NCB Credit Cards, including Falcon, Qitaf and AlFursan)
  • Have an active Credit Card
  • Is between 20-69 years old
  • Is employed (or self-employed or have any other income source)

Claim Procedure

To claim death cases:

  •  Report the incident immediatly by calling +966-92000-1000
  •  Prepare the following documents:
      • Statement of account at the date of death
      • Death certificate
      • Cause of death (Hospital Report)
      • Police report in case of accidental death
      • Copy of passport, Iqama, or Saudi National ID card
      • Inheretance eligibility deed in case of accidental death only

 To claim disability cases (permenant total or partial):

  •  Report the incident immediatly by calling +966-92000-1000
  •  Prepare the following documents:
      • Statement of account as at the end of the waiting period
      • Medical evidance attesting the state of the insure
      • Copy of passport, Iqama, or Saudi National ID card
  • During the waiting period, the insurance company has the right to:
      • Demand a satisfying proof that the reported disability is still continuous
      • Require the insured person to be re-examined by a medical examiner the company chooses
