• How do I earn Amyali Miles? 

  Amyali Miles are earned based on the type of card you hold, if you hold a Classic Amyali you will earn 1 Mile for every SAR 1 spent. If you hold a Gold Amyali you will receive 1.25 Miles for every SAR 1 spent. If you hold Titanium Amyali you will earn 1.5 Miles for every SAR 1 spent

• Will I earn Amyali Miles for using my card to pay for day-to-day spend like groceries and utility bills? 

  Yes. The more you use your Amyali card the more Amyali Miles you will earn.

• Will I earn Amyali Miles for ATM cash withdrawals & late payment fines and card fees? 

  No

• If I hold a Supplementary Card will Amyali Miles be allocated to the Supplementary Card or the Principle Card? 

  All Amyali Miles earned on Supplementary Cards are allocated to the Principle cardholder's account

• When my miles will expire? 

  Your miles will be expired in 5 years starting from the date that been added to your membership account.

• When will my Amyali Miles be available? 

  Amyali Miles will be posted to your Credit Card statement of account at the statement date of every month.

• Why don’t I see miles earned from the 8th of each month appear on my current monthly statement? 

  Your monthly statement takes into account all transactions that you have made and have been posted to our system from the 8th of each month to the 7th of the following month.  Therefore it does not follow strictly the calendar month.  For example transactions that you make on the 5th of April will appear on the April monthly statement but what you make on the 10th of April will appear on the May statement.

• What is my Amyali membership number? 

  Your Amyali membership is the 10 digits that comes on your Amyali Credit Card statement of accounts or you can get it by calling the Amyali Travel Services team on  8008 971453

• What is the Amyali Travel Services team? 

  The Amyali Travel Services team is a dedicated team of travel professionals who will look after all your travel requirements.

• How do I contact the Amyali Travel Services team?  

  You can call the Amyali Travel Services team on 8008 971453 or email memberservices@myamyali.com, quoting your Amyali 10-digit number.

• What can I redeem my Amyali Miles for?  

  You can redeem your Amyali Miles for tickets on any airline, in any class of travel.

• Do I need to hold a minimum number of Amyali Miles to make a redemption booking?  

  You can make a redemption booking once you have at least SAR 500 worth of Amyali Miles.

• Do I have to accumulate Amyali Miles worth SAR 500 every time I want to redeem them for a ticket, or only for the first time? 

  The balance of available Amyali Miles should be 35,714 at the time of redemption, and shown on your latest account statement.

• How do I make a travel reservation?  

  You can call or email the Amyali Travel Services team quoting the following information's:
  •your Amyali membership number
  •flight destination
  •Preferred dates of travel
  •preferred airline you wish to travel on.
  

• What happens if my ticket costs more than SAR 500 in Amyali Miles?  

  You can pay the difference to the Ticketing Agent when you collect your ticket.

• Can I make bookings direct with the airline and redeem my points afterwards? 

  Unfortunately, in order to redeem your points, you have to contact the Amyali desk to make your airline booking.  You will not be able to make a redemption booking directly.

• Can I earn Amyali Miles for hotel and car hire bookings?  

  Yes. Provided you pay with your Amyali Credit Card, your Amyali Miles will be posted along with all other transactions detailed on your next Credit Card statement.

• Are there any dates or times I cannot travel or make a redemption booking?  

  No. Compared to other Frequent Flyer programs, there are no restrictions on the date or flight you wish to travel, subject to seat availability.

• Can I make an Amyali Miles flight reservation for a member of my family or a friend?  

  Yes, you can make a reservation for anybody using your Amyali Miles, provided you have the minimum number of Amyali Miles required to redeem. Only the Principal Cardholder can collect the ticket.

• Can I transfer my Amyali Miles to another Amyali account?  

  Your Amyali Miles are allocated only to your account and cannot be transferred.

• Why do other airlines offer one ticket for 25,000 accumulated Miles, while I have to earn 35,714 with the NCB Amyali program to acquire the same? 

  The regular traveller program at other airlines requires more than SAR 100,000 for you to earn 25,000 Miles, while you need no more than SAR 35,714 for a ticket from Amyali. Furthermore, we always try our best to provide tickets at the lowest prices, so you get them for the minimum possible amount of Miles, depending on your requested ticket. As for Gold Amyali Credit Cardholders, you need to spend just SAR 28,671 for a ticket, or SAR 23,819 with the Titanium Amyali.

• How many Amyali Miles do I have to earn before I can redeem them for fully paid tickets? 

  It depends on the price of the ticket. Amyali Credit Cardholders can redeem their Amyali Miles for low-priced tickets and do not have to spend them all on a fully paid ticket.

• Can I use my accumulated Amyali Miles to pay for other things? 

  No.

• Can I make a redemption booking if I am outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?  

  Yes, you can make a redemption booking when outside the Kingdom by e-mailing the Amyali Travel Services team at memberservices@myamyali.com

• What if I do not have enough Amyali Miles to pay for my ticket?  

  Provided you have the minimum number of Amyali Miles required to make a redemption booking, you can top-up using your Amyali Credit Card to pay any additional fare amount.

• How do I collect my redemption ticket?  

  Once your reservation has been confirmed, our Amyali Travel Services team will confirm the nearest ticket collection point to the city registered on your account.

• What is a Ticketing Agent?  

  A Ticketing Agent is our appointed travel agency in the Kingdom who will issue your airline tickets. The Amyali Travel Services team will advise you of the Ticketing Agent nearest you.

• Do I need to pay anything when collecting my ticket?  

  You will need to pay the Ticketing Agent all airport taxes, fees and associated charges.

• When can I collect my redemption ticket?  

  You can collect your ticket 1 hour after you receive your booking confirmation.

• What do I need to present to collect my redemption ticket?  

  You will need to provide an email copy of your booking confirmation and present your Amyali Credit Card in person.

• Can I claim a refund of my Amyali Miles once I have booked a ticket?  

  No. Once you have made a booking, all Amyali Miles and tickets are non-refundable.

• Can I change my redemption ticket once booked and are there any charges?  

  Provided the rules of the airline allow you to change your ticket, you may change your travel dates or flight times, but not the destination. Your ticketing agent may charge an administration fee to reissue your ticket.

• What is miles transfer to a partner? 

  You can now redeem the miles for various benefits with a host of airline and hotel partners. This can be done by exchanging the Amyali miles for miles or points in the airline frequent flyer programme or hotel guest programme. For example if you are a member of Rotana loyalty program, you can exchange the Amyali miles to get Rotana points which can then be redeemed with Rotana for free stays, F&B etc. Similarly if you are Krisflyer member, you can transfer Amyali miles and redeem them for free flights/upgrades on Singapore airlines.

• What is the transfer miles terms & condition? 

  •Make sure that the requested miles transfer is available in your membership account.
  •You need to be a member of the partner programme to enable a valid transfer.
  •Make sure to provide the right number & name on the partner member programme card.
  •Once the request has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Transferred miles cannot be credited back to your account.

• Can I transfer Amyali Miles to my family and friends? 

  Yes. Miles can be transferred to your family members and friends. When requesting for a transfer, please make sure the program membership number and the name of the member is the same as provided by the partner.

• I already hold a frequent flyer credit card. Why would I apply for an Amyali Miles Credit Card? 

  The Amyali Credit Card enables you to redeem your Amyali Miles for free flights on any airline, providing you with more airlines, more choices and more benefits.

• What happens if my ticket costs more than SAR 500 in Amyali Miles? 

  You will need to provide an email copy of your booking confirmation and present your Amyali Credit Card in person.

• Why can’t I use my Amyali miles to redeem for flights on any budget airlines like Air Arabia, Sama etc.? 

  Budget airlines offer cheaper fares when you book on-line only and have restrictions in terms of cancellations, refunds and date changes. Hence currently redemption of Amyali miles on budget airlines is not available.
