One Time Password via SMS
The One Time Password is a secure password sent to your predefined mobile phone via SMS.
The One Time Password consists of 10 digits sent via SMS to activate the beneficiaries to make remittances and payments, for the operations carried out through AlAhliOnline. Note that it will not ask you to enter this security code of the beneficiaries who are already on your beneficiary list.
How to use this service?
When you request to add a new beneficiary or add a new bill, the system will ask you to choose your mobile number registered with us. The system will send a short message to your mobile phone. This message contains an activation code, you will be asked to enter the code in the space provided in the AlAhliOnline screen to complete the process.
Please confirm your mobile numbers are registered and updated periodically through the ATMs of The National Commercial Bank.
