This feature will add more security to your banking transactions by downloading a program to your mobile phone which generates a random code to access your account preserving your time and protecting your financial information.

Having "AlAhliToken" feature as an alternative method to One Time Password will allow you to log in to your account faster through AlAhliOnline.

This added level of authentication will further protect your financial information and transactions hence eliminating the chances of unauthorized access to your account.

You can also transfer AlAhliToken from your mobile phone to another without additional charges.

 

Getting Started

To be able to register for this feature, you should have at least one active NCB account in Saudi Riyal in addition to "AlAhliToken" application downloaded in your mobile phone.

Fees

The subscription fees of "AlAhliToken" feature is SR 25 to be paid for one time only.

How to ..

- Activate AlAhliToken.

- Log in using AlAhliToken.

- Transfer (replace) AlAhliToken.

- Deactivate AlAhliToken.

- Download AlAhliToken application.

 * If you were unable to enter the registration code in the specified time through AlAhliOnline or AlAhliPhone Banking, you will be required to perform the steps all over again.
