In our continuous efforts to provide you with higher level of security, we are delighted to announce the launch of “Multi Factor Authentication” system. This is an electronic system used to further add security to your banking transactions by re-confirming your identity and protect the integrity of your financial information and transactions.

Token Device will be provided for each user on AlahlieCorp system to achieve the Multifactor Authentication. You may collect your Token Device from the nearest Corporate Services Center.

How to get the Token?

Please visit the nearest Corporate Service Center.

The “Multi Factor Authentication” system will allow you to access your company bank account through AlahlieCorp with extra level of security, protecting your company financial information and transactions.

Entering your user name and password is one way of authentication, but having an automatically generated one-time password (OTP) every time you log in to your account is another type of verification which is called “Multifactor Authentication”. This extra level of authentication will further protect your financial information and transactions hence decreasing the chances of unauthorized access to your account.

1. What is Multi Factor Authentication?

Multi Factor Authentication is an electronic system used to further add security to your banking transactions by re-confirming your identity and protect the integrity of your financial information and transactions.

Entering your username and password is one way of authentication, but having an automatically generated one-time password (OTP), such as Token device, is another type of verification which is called “Multifactor Authentication”. This extra level of authentication will further protect your financial information and transactions hence decreasing the chances of unauthorized access to your account.
2. What is a Token device?

A physical device that an authorized user of a service is given to ease authentication prove of someone's identity electronically. The token acts like an electronic key to access something, small enough to be carried in a pocket or to attach to the user's keychain.
3. Why is it necessary?

Multi factor authentication is required to access secure data or enter a secure area such as your Alahli e-Corp services.
4. Is it mandatory?

Yes, it is. It is under the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency’s rules and regulations that all banks implement the multifactor authentication.
5. For me as a customer, what is the benefit from the multifactor authentication?

The multifactor authentication system will allow you to access bank account through NCB’s Alahli e-Corp services with extra level of security, protecting your financial information and transactions.
6. Why do I need the multifactor authentication code for?

To access bank account through Alahli e-Corp services.
7. How can I use it?

You can use the multifactor authentication through Alahli
e-Corp services.
8. Are there any fees associated with this service?

No. NCB is providing it for free.
9. Do all NCB customers using AlahlieCorp need Token?

Yes. All NCB customers using Alahli e-Corp will need to use Token devices as authentication for Alahli e-Corp services.
10. Will it affect the nature of the services provided by NCB?

No. You will continue to receive the same level and quality of services from NCB.
The Token is to provide you with optimum security.
11. Is the Token code re-usable?

No. The code can only be used once.
12. Is it exclusive for AlahlieCorp services?

Yes. The Token device is only for Alahli e-Corp services.
13. In case my Token was stolen/lost/damaged, what should I do?

Please complete Token re-issuing application form, and submitted to the nearest Corporate Service Center (Corporate branch).
14. Can I send someone to the Corporate Service Center (Corporate branch) to pick-up my Token device?

Yes, as long as this person is a registered "Messenger/Runner" for your corporate.
15. Is this service applicable for my Personal Account in NCB?

The use of Token device is exclusive for Alahli e-Corp Services, for more information please contact your nearest Corporate Service Center or your Cash Management Representative.

1. Upon receipt of your (Token Device) together with Corporate ID, the Username and PVN, you must contact one of the following numbers to activate the PVN :

Western Region: (02) 646-2823 - 646-2878
Central Region: (01) 299-9123 - 299-9126
Eastern Region: (03) 849-7419 - 849-7420

2. Go to page Alahli e-Corp, www.alahliecorp.com, enter Corporate ID, Username and Passcode (PVN code + the number displayed on your Token Device screen).

3. You need to change your PVN with new PVN.

4. After you create new PVN, a confirmation screen will appear.

5. On main screen, click on "here" to go to AlahlieCorp main page.
