Point of sale (POS) service is an electronic money transferring system which enables both ATM card holder and Credit card holder to pay for their purchases from any POS retailer. The system transfers the amount of money from the card holder bank account to the beneficiary bank account as long as these accounts are within the network of SPAN, GCC NET, MASTERCARD and VISA.

How is the equipment operated?

Do I have to keep the receipts of the transactions?
These receipts should be kept & secured for at least two years because any objection form card holders regarding a POS transaction, copy of the slips "receipts" will be requested within 7 days since the day of the request, otherwise NCB will consider the objection of the card holder correct and will set off the amount of the transaction from your account.
For POS fault, paper "roll", ink request, what shall we do?
