How long does it take to install POS equipment at the site?
Typically 5-6 Business days after signing the agreement.

How is the equipment operated?
When installed at the site, training will be provided by the technician.

Whom should I contact if a POS transaction is not recorded in my account?
Call NCB POS toll free number 800 244 1001

Do I have to keep the receipts of the transactions?
These receipts should be kept & secured for at least two years because any objection form card holders regarding a POS transaction, copy of the slips "receipts" will be requested within 7 days since the day of the request, otherwise NCB will consider the objection of the card holder correct and will set off the amount of the transaction from your account.

For POS fault, paper "roll", ink request, what shall we do?
You should contact our toll free number follow the instruction and the maintenance team should be available within 5 hours to provide needed support.

Who owns the POS terminal?
The POS terminal always remains the property of NCB.
