From your home, office or when traveling, if you can reach a phone, you can reach your Bank. Most importantly, AlAhli PhoneBank is easy to use and ensures your account details are confidential. You can use AlAhli PhoneBank for the following services:

• Balance inquiries
• Fund transfers
• Credit Card payments
• Statement requests
• Immediate fax-back of your last 20 transactions
• l-Ahli Mutual Fund transactions
• Utility Bill Payment
• Third Party Transfer
• Saudi Share Prices (Fax-Back Service)
• Other inquiries, and more.

How do you join?
Complete the Agreement Form available at your local branch of The National Commerce Bank.

Two levels of service
To suit the needs of our different customers, AlAhli PhoneBank offers two levels of service:

LEVEL 1: Inquiries Only
A simple secure service for those who only need details of their accounts and NCB services.

LEVEL 2: Full Service
In addition to inquiries, you will also benefit by being able to complete account transactions and immediately be eligible for additional new services in the future.

Both services can access all accounts under your name, including:
Banking Accounts
Credit Cards
AlAhli Mutual Funds

At any time during the automated service, you can choose to speak to one of our efficient and friendly Customer Service Officers by pressing "0".

Security
To simplify identification, you will be issued an 8-digit Customer Number. You will also be asked to choose your own 4-digit Secret Code Number for secure access to AlAhli PhoneBank.
