Sender and Beneficiary Registration
Quick Pay has easy approaches on sender and beneficiary registration via NCB channels. These approaches vary according to customer type. Check which Customer Type you belong to and follow the steps.

Existing NCB Customers
Registration is enabled through Quick Pay Phone Service, Quick Pay center, and AlahliOnline.

   Steps to register via Quick Pay Phone Service:
1. If you are enrolled in Alahli Phone Banking call the Quick Pay Phone Service number 920000330 and press 0 to talk to an agent. Request from the agent to register yourself as a sender, then request to register your beneficiary if you have his/her personal and delivery information ready.

2. If you are not enrolled in Alahli Phone Banking, visit the nearest NCB branch to register. Then, visit the nearest NCB ATM to activate the service and set your Phone Banking PIN number.
    Steps to register via AlahliOnline:
1. If you are an AlahliOnline user, log on to your user account using the following link www.alahlionline.com, click on the Quick Pay link in the menu, then click on the Beneficiary and Transfer sub link.

2. If you are not an AlahliOnline user, request for an enrolment at the nearest NCB branch and activate the service at the nearest NCB ATM. Then, visit www.alahlionline.com and click on AlahliOnline Registration link to create a username and password. Then, repeat Step 1.
    Steps to register via Quick Pay/NCB Branch:
Visit the closest NCB or Quick Pay center and request from the Customer Service Representative to register you as a Sender and register your beneficiaries.
Non-NCB Customers - Customers who are depositors of other banks or who do not have a bank account.
Customer must go to the nearest Quick Pay center; open an e-Wallet account then the Customer Service Representative will simultaneously register the customer as Sender, and enroll his beneficiaries.

   Steps to open an e-Wallet account:
1. Visit the nearest Quick Pay center to open an e-Wallet account and make sure to have the basic requirements to open an e-Wallet account in hand.
Basic Requirements to open an e-Wallet account
  • Original and valid Iqama or Residence Permit
  • Original and valid Passport if Iqama or Residence Permit is not Card type
2. Customer will receive a Quick Pay ATM card
3. Customer will be registered in Alahli Phone Banking.
4. Customer will be assisted to activate and set Phone Banking PIN number by the ATM attendant.
    Steps to register via Quick Pay Center:
1. Customer Service Representative will register you as a Sender and enroll your beneficiaries simultaneously.
a. Customer shall fill-out a beneficiary details form and submit to the Customer Service Representative for the latter to use as basis for beneficiary details encoding.
